Serge's diary

After looking at another site the people were talking about serge's diary that he wrote later in life about the adventures he had during the game of chrono cross/radical dreamers what ever you choose.

I never read that diary or at least I don't remember. Was the diary just the dialougue that was at the very beginning of the game. Or was it the dialogue at the beginning of radical dreamers which I have seen.

Or is there something more to the diary than that.
