the highwind tune (main theme tune of final fanstay 7) all i know is that its

You also get Elemental materia the same way earlier than you get the limit. And the 1 gil earlier than the Materia. I discovered that during my quest for the ULB's durnig the part where you head to Rocket Town. So you get 3 Elemental materias in all.
