you could give recognized members and staff (and even site staff, yay) the option for bigger avatars. - eestlinc

This will break up the uniformity of the look for the whole site and make it messy and unorganized looking. Recognized members, Staff and Site Staff already have a coloured custom title to make them stand out from the rest of the crowd.

Edit: Regarding avatar sizes, I suggested that they be raised to an 80x80 standard because I have most of my latest custom avatars made to that size to fit a phpBB that I now admin, so it was a pretty much selfish request on my part to make. Since it's causing so much grief, I cheerfully withdraw it.

Also, to the remote uploading, som of my avatars breach the current file size cap on avatars allowed, and I was hoping to remote link them to save space on the GameSquad servers. So, yeah...both of these ideas were basically to suit my own selfish ends. >.>

As to the .png...I tried uploading one, and I got a "not a valid .gif or .jpg file". Guess I'll try again.
