It's the final synthesize item. I could post the ingredients. However, even if I told you and you got the correct amount, you'd still have to use some of that to make previous items (while you work your way up to the final item). Therefore, I just advise you to get as many items as you can. However, I think you'll only need four Mystery Goos (to get up to Ultima Weapon AND to create it).
