A Hex editor is capable of any sort of file hacking
Do you know where I can get one? A friend of mine had one that specialized in altering sprite aperance and changing text.
Ok I found a sprite editor, now I need a program that can edit the text in the text boxes, I hear of programs out ther that are specially designed for the pokemon roms, there just hard to find. Any help on that.
