So whats this incorrect function whenever I ran vcd format (.dat) on winXP? And in some cases I copy files from cd to my pc it says invalid ms-dos function.

Is there a way to correct this? I have a hunch that those files that xp rejects can can be copied/played usin' a different OS (95/98/ME)
