I'm not entirely sure I understand this. You can't insult a person's beliefs or ideas, but you can criticse them, is that it? I'm just not sure, and don't want to get banned.

Think "I think Christianity is stupid," versus "I think Christianity is wrong." One is insulting, the other is a statement of your beliefs. There is a difference. It's calls respect.
