You can download Chrono Trigger here. But dont download the EMU here, go to www.zophar.net to get recent versions of the EMUs.
As for Chrono Cross, since it is a Playstation game, it can be really hard to find online. Since the game is split on 2 Cds of about 600mb each. You could try file sharing programs like DC++ to get it though.
