Is it possible to enter Esto Gaza in disk 4? I keep walking around it, but it will not let me enter.
Nope, you can't enter Esto Gaza because roots of the Iifa Tree have surfaced in front of it. Other blocked locations: Conde Petie, Desert Palace, Oeilvert (the city with the unpronouncable name), Observatory Mountain, Ice Cavern, and Pinnacle Rocks.

EDIT: Nevermind. I found the Angel's Flute in Memoria. It allows you to learn Curaga.

Eiko can learn Curaga from the Hamelin and Angel Flute, but I'm not sure where you can get those.
