Final Fantasy VIII Haters!!

I hate it when I here people saying stuff like " Final Fantasy VIII should be called some thing else" or "Final Fantasy VIII sucks!" I guess there just used to FFVII but... I don't know? What do you think?

Many people who hate FFVIII complain about the battle system, junction system, and GF system (which I find NOTHING WRONG WITH). Some people hate it because of the story line and the character developement (the more understandable reason in my opinion). Personally, I don't hate the game, but the problem I have with it is Rinoa's role in the game. Instead of fighting the villains, the game was about saving Rinoa's ass... That was very disappointing to me.
