And no, I wouldn't consider turning HTML on in custom titles for everyone, due to the messy possibilities that could arise from it
such as people getting around the swear filter and using "Administrator" in their title?

I tought it was pretty obsious that it was Administraitor.
Anyway, as for impersonation an Admin, I dont think anyone can do it so that someone else than a complete newbie could be fooled.
