Yes. If you change your title, you will lose the color, because the board will not allow HTML in custom titles unless it's done from the admin panel.

...but then someone would eventually be a smart-arse and put "Cid's Knight" in there in unbolded CK blue (and that smart-arse would probably be me)

There's no width limit for admins.

I thought there was a 250 character limit. There is for practically everything else in the admin control panel.

edit: there definitely seems to be a limit, I just can't be arsed to count what it is... at least not in twos. We'll see about sorting it out into tens :P
