anyone here who uses ISO Buster?

I have a question, why is it much faster copying files from cd to hard disk than the usual copy/send to mode?

Is it ok to use it rather then copy/send to?

There are 3 options and I dunno which of them is the best

extract raw data to user data
extract and convert etc (something like that)
extract raw data
