i'd be in favour of just moving all the people who are RMs cause they're former staff to a "Former Staff" group and then leaving the RMs as they are. Moving all the RMs who aren't active anymore to a different group just seems sad, some people can't be around anymore but that doesn't mean they don't deserve recognition (hi Drex)
