I really have no idea but you should try asking the people who sell games around there or you could always import it if you already have a mod-chip or same kind of ps2 from the place your importing it from(you also will need a network adaptor and HDD and I'm not sure if those would be compadible even with a mod-chip)/good enough comp(though I'm not sure about this part you might have to change the computers default language or something...).

actually i think to play it with computer
Well it comes out in America from around October till the end of the year, or so Square-Enix have said. The beta ends in September. Just hang out till then.
