    Use notepad, it's fun....
other than that though, you could always try p2p networks and grab a copy of dreamweaver...

Textpad is better actually. It highlights html code.

I know wysiwyg software is easy to use, but it doesn't teach you html. You should try to code it yourself. Besides, anything you can do in frontpage you can code very easily using a word editor (like textpad)

Using a text only editor is one of the best ways to learn html, there's nothing that a porgram like dreamweaver or frontpage can do that can't be done with notepad, plus, it'a lot more satisfying when you're finished.

    I use <a href = "http://www.arachnoid.com/arachnophilia/index.html">Arachnophilia.</a> It's not WYSIWIG, though.

Akuma sama....usually Netscape comes with composer which is like a page editor....I think it sucks though, but still..it's free, and (relatively, since you're 56k) fast servers.

Akuma, if you decide to go the enlightened route of self-teaching, here's a great site that has everything you could ever want to know about html, javascript, back-end scripting and all of that other funky jazz.

Microsoft Visual Interdev. I like it because it comes with context-sensitive help that accesses MSDN.

Dreamweaver MX is probably the best WYSIWYG one out there, but if you use that, every single web designer who does their code by hand will pour scorn upon you. The only excuse for using WYSIWYG software is dyslexia
