How do you mark spoilers in your post?

Sorry if this is explained anywhere, I have searched, I always see people put (SPOILER) and then the spoiler is there the same colour of the background I would like to know how to do this so I can answer some posts? Thank you

Just remove those spaces between the bracket and the word, and there you go.
