    Default Random Pop ups?

    I have a pop up killer, and it's pretty much always on, even when I'm not browsing. Sometimes when I'm not even using my computer I'll hear it kill a pop up. Could it be a spy bot? Or something worse?

    I have adaware and.. that other good spybot program. It's been about a week since I ran either, so I'll have to do so when I get home.
