I voted for the boss theme but I also like the laguna battle music, and the Extreme.

Edea's theme is by far the best out of the listed above. Come on now Liberi Fatali totally rocks. Its eerie and Latin for goodness sakes! Which makes it even more creepy and mysterious adding this sort of darkness and depth to it.
The best: The Extreme (Final Ultimecia). Second: Boss theme. Third: Laguna battle.
