Default O most fickle hyperlinks... or IE6...

Some hyperlinks work when I click them in IE6, some don't. The ones that don't show little or no sign that they don't, other than the browser moves nowhere. Other times, the browser will open the link in a new window, and that new window will immediately close. Multiple instances of IE6 are also not allowed, so, for links that don't work, I have to Ctrl+N a new window, Copy Shortcut, paste into the new window, and only then will it work. This doesn't help much when the links are part of Javascript or Flash, and in extreme cases, such as whenever I visit my website, each link I click on crashes IE6.

Now the question arises: What the hell do I do about it?

I think you should add a link to Firebird to the description of this forum.

Ironically enough, I can't access that link. I have to copy/paste the stuff.

    edit: WOW. I'm converted.

You sure you're not running some pop-up blocker that's working a little over the top? Most links to external sites at EoFF will open in a new window, so an overly agressive pop-up blocker will kill that window

But yeah, stick to non-IE anyway
