Where do the raw materials come from? Some are self explanatory for instance Culinarians' and Tanners' I'm pretty sure come from fishing and bestiary.

But what about Blacksmiths' do they need to mine there ore or does it spawn on certian bestiary.

I’m also interested in knowing how the raw materials for alchemists' are obtained.

And finally how important are these trades?

Blacksmiths-You can find in monsters or purchase some. or you can buy a Pickaxe and dig for some.

Carpentry-Buy logs in the guild, or chop with axe

Fishing-Buy/find rods and buy bait

Tanning-Find in monsters or buy

Alchemy-buy or find. or harvest with sickle.

Culinery-buy or find

Weaver- buy or find

Bone-maker= buy or find


How important? Not cruicial to game, and can drain u up to 10K of gil in the beginning, but later on as u get better u get rare weapons/items and u can sell alot for big money you never dreamed of.
