Hmmm, i was just thinking that if i name my clan Turks, i should rename Marche. But im not sure whether it should be Rufus or Zeng, who is the true leader of the Turks?

Elena was the blond haired female member of the Turks. She starts off as sort of a trainee. Zeng starts off as leader of the Turks, but when he dies, Rufus pretty much takes control. If you want my oppinion, I'd say Rufus best suits your intentions.

Here's an odd thing, when I started the game I had just
finished playing FFIV so I named my clan The red wings.
So I'm playing the game and all of the sudden I read
some pub rumors and there is apparently there's
already a group called that. So now I'm wondering why
did they wait so long to decide to re-use the name Red
wings?
