Almost any decent graphics program will let you find HTML color tags in their color-chooser dialogs. Pick a color in the big swirly box of colors, and look at what HTML tag it shows.
It's easy to get someone to do something for you now, but in the long run it's easier to learn to do it yourself, so you don't have to keep asking people to do things for you over and over and over. It seems like you have about 437 million threads in this forum.

You can use that as a guide to start editting your CSS file, but try and get to know what each CSS entry changes on your MB. It'll make things a lot easier later on.
