Toad and Mini

my second time through FF5 and I seem to have missed out toad, mini and speed. Where can I get them (2nd or 3rd planet)

The town of Mirage should have them all. On the 3rd world there's a string of islands across the bottom that connect up to Cresent Island, in one of those forests you can find the town (it'll appear like a random encounter).
