I liked Aeris' death was the best. The first time I played I was quite shocked but as you go though the game yeah it kinda hints over and over. Sephiroth last battle just pisses me off because he has to destroy the whole universe to get to you and it takes too damn long and drives me nuts because I have no patience when they do it over and over. Yet I still love the music at the end. ^.^
