Yeah, after two years of being in the water a body would most likely just be bones, considering that fish love to eat decaying flesh and all. I'm just keeping my fingers crossed that it isnt her.
'Twould be one hell of a twist if that WAS Aeris, and she WAS dead...that would explain the sheet...maybe they need her for something (being a Cetra and all) and they're reviving/regenerating her, or maybe they just need her corpse/flesh, and the wheelchair was just there for convenient transport.
