The short haired one isn't Sephiroth. The Mystery man bows down infront of a man with long, white/silver hair who is in a wheel chair. That must be Sephiroth?

Well, I finally managed to find the full teaser-trailer of the movie. And I gotta say... WOOHOO! It looks awesome! Especially the motorcycle scene, ooh boy! I love it!
Thanks goes to the guys who uploaded it. If you still haven't, you should check it out while it's still there. It's definitely worth it.

Don't read if you don't want it spoiled or anything.
We start off with the words "This is not for playing", and a short clip of the lifestream from the end of FFVII. "Two Years later".
Cloud is speeding a long on the motorbike. Did you watch the last trailer? The guy with silver hair, who is not Sephiroth but rather someone supposedly related to him, is shooting spells at Cloud from like 100 meters away, and Cloud is dodging on his bike. An explosion sends the bike with Cloud into the air, and the mystery man catches with a sword swipe. Cut to Cloud walking through Aeris' chruch, stops to zoom in on him in his good graphical ways. Then we go to the fight seen in the first trailer, where Cloud and the mystery man exchange a few blows. Clouds buster sword is so darn wide!
Then we see Cloud surrounded by mirky, baron land, like Midgar but worse. Cloud hits his sword into the ground and says something in Japanese as the camera pans around. Remember, some of the world has apparently gone from this disease thingy.
Now we see the best of all. We see a figure in a wheel chair, concealed under a hood. The mystery man walks in and bows on his knee's before the hooded man. We see the flash back of when Sephiroth sets fire to Clouds home, Nibelheim, but only this time its with the great FMV graphics. Sephiroth looks a little weird, maybe girly but not too bad. Perhaps this confirms that the hooded figure is Seph, or, if not him, Jenova maybe.
End of trailer, coming Summer 2004.
Looks good, shame we have to wait so long, but I'm very interested in certain things. It suprises me actually, FFVII has always been quite meh with me, but I'm excited about this.
I always try to remain faithful in everything Square does but if it turns out Sephiroth survived I'll be pissedUnless they have damn good reason for him being alive. Now Jenova would be understandable.
As for the mystery man aka. SephiPoser. Could it be that since Sephiroth returned to The Planet, he infected the life stream and is able to possess or "reincarnate" himself into others at his own will? Isn't that what the Lifestream is all about, being reborn? Or is just another puppet that we havn't heard about? Time will tell but like I say, it better be good!

Yeah... lots of mysteries. And I agree that IF Sephiroth returns, it better be a damn good story behind it. But I guess it doesn't matter, the game will always remain awesome.

Ugh.... don't think I'm so excited about this as I was a couple days ago. They're making it sound as if everybody else kicked the bucket! When I envisioned what would happen after Meteor, it wouldn't be that EVERYBODY DIED. It's like they're pullin' a TSW, what with killing off all the characters except the protagonist!!!
I'm just not nearly interested to see it if it's only going to center around an isolated Cloud and a miraculously revived Sephiroth, or.... whatever.
oh... I just thought of Nanaki. But now I'm only more confused. Couldn't he at least make a cameo??

The magazine article made it sound that way, I think, it said Cloud had been battling on alone while many were falling victim to the illness, I haven't really thought about it but it could mean no-one else is there. But Nanaki, was he in the credits bit at the end of the game or was it just his general tribe? I hope Cid and Vincent are in it, those guys are great.
Ohhhh..... my bad, then. I was starting to worry because the only characters shown in the trailer and such were Cloud and Sephiroth, and in the few places I read up on it, they seemed to imply that Cloud was the only survivor. After reading the little RPGfan article, though, I feel better now.
I'd love to see Vincent in all his CG glory, too.....
