I dunno. It could be great if they learned any lessons from FF TSW. :rolleyes2 I loved the visuals, but they storyline felt recycled out of all those 'Alien' movies. While it's nice to have both, I'd settle for a great storyline.

I honestly don't see this being that great. I've wanted a sequel to VII since playing it. I even wanted (SPOILER)Aeris back.
But is it me or isn't making an FF set two years after the previous one somewhat familiar?
Sephiroth coming back just sounds like money grabbing. Jenova surviving would have made sense, hell even a few Shinra operatives. But Sephiroth???
Where did the magazine get the screens from? Why are there just enough words in English to make sure we can understand it? If that's the cover then surely they didn't put every single screen they had on the front? Along with a picture from the original for some reason.
The big picture of Cloud looks more like a painting than computer images to me.
So I'm sceptical, but if it's a game and comes out for PS2 then I'm happy.

Oi... speak for yourself. Most people here seem to like the idea. And for all you know Sephiroth is mainly flash backs. Still, raising Sephiroth CAN be done in a good way. And if you're scared of ruining your game... well, there's a simple solution, and it saves you money as well. Don't watch the movie

I will, like all the others here, watch the movie.
But, Rand Al'Tor, can you really say that you want a 60 minutes long movie more than you would want a 40-80 hour long game? I'm not so sure about that.
