This event will take place from Oct. 30 to Nov. 2. The NPCs will be dressed in various halloween costumes and you are to give them treats. Sounds interesting. I wonder if you get any treats out of it.

hmmm... Yeah EQ did something similair. Usually there are unique creatures that low level chars can kill that will drop really nice stuff.
