you'll also find that tune in ffx, when they first get to lucca and theres a camera sweep with all the balloons listen and for a split second its there

wrong tune, genome.
in FFX when the ship is going to Luca port and the FMV kicks in, you see tidus looking out from the boat and the camera sweeps over the town.
what you hear is the tune which the band play at the start of FF9 when the "i want to be your canary" show starts and the queen starts doing that dance.
