Same person perhaps, but with fewer means to make that person known. If Admin Bleys had a crazy idea (say to change the EoFF color palates for every member to something attrocious) he could do it, and everyone could marvel at his craziness. Now, if he has a crazy idea, it'll probably remain only an idea. Same person, yes, but with less means at his disposal.
