If Admin Bleys had a crazy idea (say to change the EoFF color palates for every member to something attrocious) he could do it, and everyone could marvel at his craziness. I'll get my own board to do crazy stuff on someday. That way I can have my fun and not have to deal with grumpy staffers every time. The only problem is money: hosting and vBulletin require money, and I don't have it. But someday. One day, it shall be mine.
