In the tunnels that lead to the submarine dock there is a doorway that is blocked by a dog, Im attaching a screenshot of my game to show what I mean, is it possible to get this freaking dog to move?

Lose the submarine battle. Afterwards the dog will move and you'll get a nifty red submarine instead of the usual one.

It's probably better than you win, anyway, so that you can get the Huge Materia once you've sunk the sub you need to.

Okl then, uhh do I need a green chocabo or a blue one to get Vincents ultimate weapon? and how do I get Vinnie's 4th limit breaker

No you don't. Use the submarine and find a tunnel underwater somewhere in the east side of the continent with the lake where Vince's cave is. It comes out in that lake, you get out and you're in teh tunnel. And IIRC you get his fourth limit break together with his final weapon.

Probley wrong but i'm sure I read that somwhere ages ago.

Vincent has four: Galiant Beast, Death Gigas, Hellmasker and Chaos. It's Cait Sith who only has two.
And I believe you can get his limits via a green or black chocobo, though if you don't have those just use the submarine. Also you have to go there on Disk 3.

You have to go there on disk two and (SPOILER) talk to Lucrecia first. Then you come back in disk three and get the stuff.

yes vincent has a limit break chaos, cait sith has 2 (which sucks) imagine having a limit better then dice and toy box? must be to powerful to have a 3rd or 4th
