Try WAR and be a tanker, or try THF for later on to do massive dmg with Weapon Skills, or try Samurai to do Weapon Skills frequently, or...maybe Monk with good reg dmg, or ninja with two weapons to attk, or a RDM with decent attk and magic. Its really all up to you....

And no u cant convert if u sub RDM cuz of lvl cap.
