    Default Food/Water

    Do your caracter have to eat food in the game or is food just for stat boost??

    It's not necessary, and I think food can be used for stat buffs as well as healing.

    The only buff I know of is bird eggs will give you +6 HP and MP when you eat it. The rest I have no idea.
