Anybody knows how enter in Gaea's Navel by boat ??

Quite simply, you can't get there by boat. You have to return to Hydra Marshes, and find that Beeba who gives you a flute to summon the big flying thing. Then go over to that place where there's alot of space (on the same terrain) and use the flute to call it. It'll drop you off in Gaea's navel. I think.

Not only that, but you also have to have the Ancient Fruit to "tame" the "big flying thing".
