Odin's Sword (spoilers maybe)

When you get Odin, he does the death sentence move. IF he misses, it does 0% damage. There is a booster though, called Odin's Sword. It causes Odin to do wind damage. I got it once, but when I started a new file, I forgot how. Does anybody know what to do again?

I think it's the "Ancient Aroma" (not sure about the name) you get in Ipsen's Castle that gives you this ability. There's a room in Ipsen's castle with a somewhat electrified sword. You have to shift the jars counter-clockwise until the electricity goes into one of the jars. Then you get the item.

Does it really do Wind Damage? seems like it does non-elemental damage to me...

I think that he does non-elemental damage. And yes, I do believe the name of it is ancient aroma, but I'll have to check.

No it does wind damage. It says in the FFIX guide. Notice when Odin kills somebody, a mini tornado forms around them, and then it says if they die or not. If they dont die, the tornado causes wind damage.
