Hmmm? I think she's just weird?

Maybe Square did it to make her words more enthersized her words so when she says "Kurse you SeeDs" she might be saying "Curse you SeeDs" with an Enthisis on the "C" to make it more dramatic? Hope that helps!

(Note: Don't cry! I think youreright or at least that's how I've always spelt it!)

It's a somewhat east european accent, I suppose.

I just interpreted it as a sortof witch voice thing... stereotypical 'witch' types on TV always seem to have the same strength of 'c' pronunciation? *shrug*

Anyway with that hair or whatever going into her mouth it's to be expected (Ever notice the snow queen in FF7 looks similar to Ulti?)

I think it's just Square trying to give the player something to distinguish Ultimecia by, since you know nothing about her until late disc 3

I think it hints at a German accent. Don't they all use K's instead of C's?

They use a K to begin words we'd often begin with a C in English.

Nah, German 'z' is pronounced 'ts'. Ultimecia's 'k' fixation is intended to make her sound foreign. Since we know that all foreigners are evil, it just adds to her aura of evilness.

Actually, it's proof that Ultimecia is really a descendent of Dr Odine, generations later down the line... why else would she have his 'junction machine' and an odd accent?

Just random speculation, but about as solid as R=U...

I don't know about accents and whatnot, but I do know it makes her sound more menacing.

BigDee, wouldn't your speculation conflict with the R=U?
