Dancing Chocobo

I think that when you have a new PM, the icon should be a dancing chocobo, rather than a static blue chocobo. It's kinda like "You've got mail!" Except with that Final Fantasy Kick.

Someone draw one then then we'll decide if we'll do that or not Should look like the current grey/blue ones though so it's not out of place, but maybe yellow like the new post indicators?
