That's funny, I still see the feature in the PM menu.
It works for me. Admins, you might wanna check the Site Staff group.

Yes it's still here. Look at the "jump to folder" dropdown menu in your PM space.
And then there is Death
Its not there, so I guess it is my account.
Almost definitely the Site Staff group, then.
