Go after Amber Quadav for the parts. And to get to the Pal Mines its not to hard. When you leave the Port Dis. just make a right after you get over the bridge and it is in a eastern direction. And there is always players going there so if you just ask some one would probley be happy to show u the way.
lol,everyone seems to want to take on the bigger quadavs for the parts. just take the easy ones tho

Yes you can kill easier ones, but you wont get any parts.
Ambers are the only ones to drop them and some do con less then others.
