    Grin enabling javascript on IE6

seems like an easy task but I'm having problems. I clicked the javascript boxes in the advanced section of the internet options, rebooted, and it still didn't work. Do I need to install something first?

Use it for all sites. And the sites you can't view using it, aren't actually worth going to.
