Try peer to peer networks like Kaaza or WinMx, I find those to be the best bet. I've gotten it off of WinMx before.

You can also try AnimeTheme, that should work.
If you've got the CDs, here's a tip for a MUCHMUCHMUCHMUCHMUCHVERYMUCHINDEED smaller download: Sift through zophar.net until you find PSM Play or PSXMC or similar. Download, fire up, work away. If you're really really dying to get the FMV, I might be able to extract it and stuff. Contact me through e-mail, in that case. My presence here isn't as realiable as it was before Hordes of the Underdark was released.
