Is it, or is it not, possible to beat Emerald and Ruby Weapon's without KOTR?

You could probley do it. Would be very difficult though.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, really? I was playing it, and, I tried to beat Emerald, I done EVERYTHING within my power to beat him, but, I don't have KNOTR, or Final Attack, so, any suggestions?

Morph as many of the enemies as you can on the Galenka(sunken airplane) for the Sources(Power Source, Speed Source, etc...). Having 255 or near 255 of all stats will definately help you.

It'll ba hard without Final Attack as it allows you to attach Pheonix to it and revivie the party.

And remember that the Emeral Weapon's Aire Storm(or whatever) does 1,111 damage per materia you have equipped, so the less materia equipped the better.

i believe you can without KOTR:
attach Mime + HP Absorb and give them to Cloud. give everyone else the same. Give everyone enough HP Plus's until at least 8800 life.
have cloud at his limit before entering the battle. Once it begins, emerald will shoot one of them. Heal him with an X-Potion, then have someone cast Haste + All. Have Cloud use Omnislash. Then have someone else Mime Omnislash, but since they can't do it, they'll just gain life instead. Keep Miming, until Cloud's turn, and he'll Omnislash again. keep doing it and cloud will use omnislash every turn. (trust me, this helped me in the battle arena, too, i just sliced every single enemy). I haven't tried this yet, but i believe it'll work.

and as for Ruby, it is possible to kill without KOTR, since Ruby's only vulnerable against NON-ELEMENTAL SUMMONS, so keep using the Bahamuts against him (and mime it fifty million times). Limit breaks rarelyy work against him, i once told yuffie to use gauntlet, did 9999 damage, then again and it did 0, 0, 0, 0, 0.

KOTR definately helps but every time you use it on Ruby
Weapon he retaliates with ultima. So Quadra Magic in a
linked slot with Bahamut Zero on cloud, Mimes and
Hp><Mp on everybody should do it. Also fill any extra
slots with mastered Mp+, this will let you have sufficient
Hp since they're switched. You should also have the
best weapons for the characters you are going to use
such as for Cloud, Cid, and Vincent, you'd need
respectively Ultima weapon, Venus Gosple, and Death
Penalty. and Wizard bangals help too. All of the
Equipment I sugest has 8 slots. So ansewer me this
Shivas Effect, Do you know the number stats of the
weapons you seek to kill?

Emerald WEAPON:
Party - Cloud, Tifa, Yuffie
Equipment - preferably ultimate weapons and Mystiles / Imperial Guards
Essential Materia - Master Command=HP Absorb, Double Cut

Quite a simple method really. Each times a character attacks they do so four times, absorbing HP each attack, so you shouldn't run out of HP in a hurry. Use Limit Breaks when they become available, and if possible, Mime them. As you only have 3 bits of materia equiped Emerald's Aire Tam Storm will only hurt 3,333. Use Pheonix Downs to revive a character as soon as they go down.

Ruby WEAPON:
Party - Cloud, Tifa, Yuffie
Equipement - as above
Essential Materia - Revive=All, Double Cut, Hades

Make sure Tifa and Yuffie are KO'd BEFORE the battle begins. On Cloud's first go have him cast Life2 on them both. Making sure they're dead before the battle stops Ruby from doing the Whirlsand attack. Cast Hades on Ruby. This makes him Stop, as well as making him vunerable to physical attacks. All you need to do now is keep attacking him and casting Hades whenever the effect wears off.

Number stats: Emerald Weapon

*all numbers approximate characters stats vary*

Weapon Hp: well over 500,000

Baisic attack: 7000 damage

once smaller lasers open it can hit with 8 consecutive
attacks. 4 do about 3000-4000 Hp damage and the
other four drain around 300-500 Mp per hit.

It can also use it's super weapon which does 9999
damage to every body regardles.

Then there is Tam Storm which does 1111 x materia
equiped.

I dont know much about Ruby Weapon but I do know
that KOTR REALLY HELPS!! If used with quadra summon
it can do 519,948 damage.

just to make it clear, Ruby Weapon has around 800,000 HP, and teh 'legendary' Emerald Weapon has 1,000,000 HP (but Ruby has more defense, so it evens out)

It's very possible to. You just have to be at a high enough level, and have good weapons and your materia equipped right, and you should be good.

NOTE: Remember to keep your HP high. Some of Ruby and Emerald's attacks are quite deadly, and could easily kill you, even if all your characters are at 2000-3000 HP.
