    Default weapon skills

    I know that you get new weapon abilities as your weapon skill level goes up. Does anyone know (or know where I can find) at what skill levels you get new skils. I have a friend with a level 33 hand to hand and only one ability. I also have a level 16 staff skill and NO abilities what-so-ever.
