I found a host that is SQL and PhP compatable and I downloaded a copy of php BB and I just need to know how to throw my board together. Can somebody instruct me oh how to use all of these files?

Hmm i se, now I just need an FTP client, anyone know where i can get one for free?
Ok my free server is not SQL compatable, anyone point me in the direction to a server that I can access for free that can host a phpBB board?
