I rather like it, the only problem is that the bottom half of her face looks a bit "caved in". Give cheekbones and jawlines a try if you want to sort it out, but if you're want to keep it as a more stylised anime-ish look, then you're on the right track, you just need a bit more practice with the face's outline...
