I don't really know what Disney character would make a good summon, but I think that a Chocobo would be a good summon or a Moomba. Bahamut would be great!

Keeping all FF summons out of it (even though that would be awesome) the best new summons I can think of are Stitch, Zero, and possibly Tramp (or some of those dogs) from Lady and the Tramp. It brings a smile to my face when i imagine the heartless trying to shake a mad dog away from biting off their legs.
