He's talking about (SPOILER)Yuna and Tidus' kiss and I'm pretty sure that was an FMV since they, especially Tidus looked the most human like in that part, I thought. It started off as a cut scene but as the music plays it goes into FMV. Anyway I loved that one too, probably my fave in FFX =)
