Eyes on Me is probably the only one to have a real emotional impact on me, but that was due to the scenes unfolding on the screen as it was playing.
Apart from that, there are so many great FF tunes, but right now I like Eternity from FFX-2
i can't remember the name of the thing, but it's in Final Fantasy VII and it plays in the slums between the church and sector 5. kind of a laid back jazzy thing. but i've never found a piece I likes so much as that one.

Clouds theme also know as the world map music from VII. I didnt really pay attention to it till I downloaded the full version and really listened to it, then I loved it.

I like all 3 of the Ballads from 7-9 (Aeris's Theme, Eyes on Me, Melodies of Life), as well as the song that Celes sings in the Opera House in FF6 and OWA. But my favorite would be Melodies of Life. I downloaded the piano music by Arnold Morrison, and also the one by Michael Huang to it. I play it 8 or 9 times a day. Not only is the music gorgeous, the lyrics I love and they actually RHYME!
For those who don't know the lyrics, I'll randomly post them:
